Bio
I’m a multilingual holistic coach with a background in psychology, humanitarian work, and social impact. Through The Mindfull Heart, I help people heal emotional wounds, deepen their relationship with themselves and others, and reconnect with their truth so they can live with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Q&A with Bouchra
Why did you apply for UP Collective?
I applied at a moment when I was ready to fully step into my vision, but needed the right container to hold me through it. I had the mission. I just needed guidance, structure, and a community that could mirror back my potential and help me bring The Mindfull Heart to life in a way that felt aligned.
What was the best part of the programme for you?
The community, without a doubt. Being surrounded by mentors and peers who "see you" not just what you do, but who you are changed everything. I felt supported, encouraged, and reminded that I’m not alone in this path.
Which were the biggest learning moments or challenges?
Refining my message was both the hardest and most transformative part. Learning how to express my story with clarity, without losing the heart behind it was a powerful shift. I learned how to position my work in a way that feels true and speaks to the people I want to serve.
How did your confidence or identity as an entrepreneur change?
Before, I saw myself mostly as a helper. Now, I stand fully in my role as a founder, a guide, and a leader. I’m not just offering a service , I’m building something that carries my values, my voice, and my vision. That shift into ownership is something UP Collective helped me embody.
What are you planning to do next and how did the programme help you understand that?
I’m continuing to grow The Mindfull Heart and hold space for people on their journey of healing, self-worth, and personal transformation. I’m expanding into group coaching, integrating more career and purpose-aligned work, and creating online courses that feel accessible, meaningful, and soul-led. UP Collective helped me get clear in this direction and gave me the tools to move forward with both structure and deep alignment.
How would you describe your experience to someone thinking about applying for UP Collective?
If you have a calling on your heart but you’re not sure how to bring it into form, this program will hold you, guide you, and help you rise into the version of yourself that your vision actually needs. It’s not just about doing more. It’s about becoming more "You".
What did you find unique about UP Collective?
It’s rare to find a space that blends business strategy with personal truth, this one does. It’s about launching with clarity, but also leading with integrity. It’s about building something real, something meaningful, something that lasts.
