Tina is a product manager, content strategist, and book author - passionate about multiculturalism, education, and digital empowerment. With a background in business development and a focus on tech-driven social impact, she's dedicated to empowering mothers and families with migration and multicultural backgrounds. Tina is on a mission to help raise resilient, identity-rich kids through storytelling and innovative digital solutions.

Why did you apply for UP Collective?
I applied for UP Collective because I wanted to be part of a supportive environment where I could connect with purpose-driven changemakers, gain the tools to hone my entrepreneurial skills, and use it as a springboard to launch projects I’m passionate about.
What was the best part of the programme for you?
The best part was the strong sense of community and shared ambition. Being surrounded by women from diverse backgrounds with powerful stories was incredibly inspiring and grounding.
Which were the biggest learning moments or challenges?
One of the biggest learning moments for me was redefining my entrepreneurial identity and learning to communicate my ideas with clarity and confidence in unfamiliar systems. The challenge was learning how to balance vision with practical steps.
How did your confidence or identity as an entrepreneur change?
UP Collective gave me the confidence to own my voice and story. I became more comfortable identifying as both a creative and a business person — and realised that my multicultural experience is a huge strength.
What are you planning to do next and how did the programme help you understand that?
I’m working on launching a projects that I am very passionate about, a platform that blends support, storytelling, education, and empowerment for multicultural families. UP Collective helped me structure the project with clearer priorities and gave me the courage to pursue it.
How would you describe your experience to someone thinking about applying for UP Collective?
UP Collective is a nurturing, energising, and eye-opening experience. It’s more than a programme — it’s a network that supports you in becoming the leader you’re meant to be.
What did you find unique about UP Collective?
Its focus on ecosystem thinking and personal empowerment. The approach wasn’t just about building a business, but about building you — your clarity, your values, your capacity to lead with impact.
